Well, I wondered that too for a long time. Then one day I found "Get Response", an e-mail marketing system. Not only can you send out e-mails with this system, but you can also send newsletters and use their auto-responders. The system includes lots of templates and wonderful customer service people ready to assist you with your marketing needs.
I signed up for a free account with them. I can update to a paid account any time I want to within 30 days. I am totally sold on this program. I can set my e-mails to go any time I wish to, or I can let their system send them at the best time they assess for my time zone.
This system is for beginners on up to professional marketers. They have services for everyone. They also hold webinars to help people get started.
